Industry Analysts conducted extensive telephone interviews and
the results are based on nearly 100 verified responses from people who use and
manage color document technology within their organizations. The findings indicate
customers' overall satisfaction with reliability, image quality, operability
and functionality, maintenance, and total cost of ownership.
